Diagnosis. Frons wider than long. Antennal yellow; arista with ray long plumose, longest ray longer than height of 1st flagellomere. acr in 6 rows. Wing ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 1 – 12 ) brown extending from costal margin to tip of R4+5 or close to tip of M1; a brown stripe-like spot on dm-cu. Abdomen yellow. Male genitalia ( Figs 147–151 View FIGURES 147 – 151 ): syntergosternite circular; epandrium broad apically; surstylus short knife-like; hypandrium narrow H-shaped, pregonite short and curved, postgonite narrow, fused with base of aedeagus in lateral view; aedeagus wide at middle and narrow apically with a deep incision in ventral view and curved backward in lateral view.
