Diagnosis. Wing ( Figs 6, 7, 9 View FIGURES 1 – 12 , 24 View FIGURES 13 – 24 ) with two brown spots present between r-m and apical spot on R4+5 [in H. (H.) latifrons Malloch , several Japanese specimens have three brown spots between r-m and apical spot on R4+5 (see Sasakawa & Ikeuchi, 1982)], preapical or apical spots on R2+3 and M1, stripe-like spots or clouds on r-m and dm-cu. Male genitalia: surstylus with single process (except for two processes in H. (H.) tianlinensis Gao & Yang ), claviform or knife-like in lateral view; hypandrium H-shaped (except for narrow transverse band in H. (H.) longicornis Sasakawa ).
