COMMENT: Formerly included in caudatus by Ellerman and Morrison-Scott, 1951:59, but see Jameson and Jones, 1977, Proc. Biol. Soc. Wash., 90:474, who included sodalis in fumidus . Subgenus Episoriculus ; see Ellerman and Morrison-Scott, 1951:59, but also see Repenning, 1967:47.
