Remarks. Thenewspecies O. macrospora resembles O. liupan , butcanbe distinguishedfromthelatterby: 1) crescent-shapedembolus (hook-shaped inthelatter); 2) thickandshortTA (thinnerandlongerinthelatter); 3) RTA withasmallerflange- likeextensionsubapically (flange- likeextensionabsent inthelatter); 4) bursaeloctaedposteriorly (anteriorlyinthelatter); 5) parallel lateralmarginofmedianplate (notparallellateralmarginofmedianplatein thelatter).
Italsocanbedistinguishedfromother Otacilia species , suchas, itdiffersfrom O. armatissima View in CoL bylongercopulatoryducts (shortinthelatter); itis separatedfrom O. bicolor JägeretWunderlich, 2012 View in CoL and O. namkhan Jägeret Wunderlich, 2012 View in CoL (occurinLaos) bypresenceofmedianplate (medianplate absentinthelatter) andsingleRTA (twodifferentRTAinthelatter). Itis alsodistinguishedfrom O. vulpes ( Kamura, 2001) View in CoL , O. stella Kamura, 2005 View in CoL and O. mustela Kamura, 2008 View in CoL (occurinJapan) bycrescent-shapedembolus (not crescent-shapedinthelatter).
Astothetwonewspeciesinthispaper, bothofthemhaveparallellateral marginofepigynalmedianplate; however, thetwospeciesobviouslydiffer from each other by the shapes of TA and RTA, the positions of COs and BU: O. macrospora View in CoL withshortandthickTA, whilewithslenderTAin O. obesa View in CoL ; O. macrospora View in CoL bearingthickRTAwithaverysmallalmostflange- likeextension subapically, whilewithoutflange- likeextensioninthelatter; O. macrospora View in CoL withbursaeposteriorly; whileanteriorlyinthelatter.
