Host: Lepidosiren paradoxa Fitzinger  ( Dipnoi  : Lepidosirenidae  ) (type host, Brazil).

Localities: Amazon River, Manaos City, Brazil (type locality); Paraná River, Resistencia City, Chaco Province.

Site of infection: Anterior part of intestine.
