Hecatomnus grandicornis Fairmaire, 1891 : CCII. Original combination. Reitter 1902: 256 (note); Zhang & Li 1997: 772 (redescription, distribution). Megistophylla grandicornis: Arrow 1944: 634 (new generic combination); Keith 2005: 543 (distribution). Distribution. Central and western China ( type locality: Kiu-kiang) (Jiangxi, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hubei, Sichuan).
