Ecology and habitat in Iran: soil and leaf litter.
Remarks: Cox (1982) reported this species as Folsomia litsteri Bagnall, 1939 that is considered as a junior synonym of F. candida .
General distribution: cosmopolitan ( Potapov 2001; Fjellberg 2007).
