Genus Parodontodynerus Blüthgen View in CoL View at ENA

Two species of this genus have been recorded from Iran: Parodontodynerus ephippium ephippium (Klug) and P. rufinus (Kostylev) . The first species was reported by Pashaei Rad et al. (2006) from Zanjan, and they also mentioned records by Dr. Gusenleitner from Elburz.
