Khorāsān-e Shomali: Bojnurd: 15.VIII.1967, leg. Āyatollāhi, det. Giordani Soika.
Tehrān: Damāvand: 24.VII.1970, leg. Safavi/Hāshemi.
Remarks: This species was previously recorded from Iran ( Giordani Soika, 1970).
Antepipona specifica (Morawitz)
Material examined: Markazi: Sāveh, 3.IX.2002, leg. Sobhāni, det. Gusenleitner. Remarks: This is a new record for Iran.
The following species have been recorded from Iran, but were not collected in this study: Antepipona barrei vastifica (Morawitz) , A. karadgensis Giordani Soika , A. laevigata (Blüthgen) , A. praeclara Giordani Soika , A. prompta Giordani Soika , A. vagabunda (Dalla Torre) , and A. vescovilis Giordani Soika.
