Description. Male. Body small sized for this genus. Vertex of head divided by conical tubercles. Legs elongate and slender; fore femur about 2.0 times longer than the pronotum, ventrally unarmed, the internal genicular lobe without spine, external genicular lobe with 1 elongate movable spur; fore tibiae beneath with 2 external spurs and 1 internal spur. Mid femur with an elongate movable spur on the internal and external genicular lobe, ventrally unarmed; mid tibiae beneath with 1 external spur and 1 internal spur. Hind femur without ventral spines; hind tibiae above on both side with 59–65 spines, arranged in groups. Supra internal spur of hind tibiae not exceeding ventral apex of hind metatarsus. Hind metatarsus with bristles ventrally ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 12–15 ). Male genitalia as Figs. 13–14 View FIGURES 12–15 .

Female. Subgenital plate nearly triangular and apex projecting ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 12–15 ). Ovipositor slightly longer than the half the length of the hind femur.

Coloration. Body light brown, mottled with dark brown blotches. Frons with 4 longitudinal bands (one pair below eyes, another pair below antenna).

Measurements. (length in mm) Body ♂ 5.5–8.0, ♀ 6.0–7.0; pronotum ♂ 3.5, ♀ 4.0; fore femur ♂ 7.0–7.5, ♀ 6.0– 7.0; hind femur ♂ 13.0, ♀ 13.0–14.0; ovipositor 7.0–9.0.

Specimens studied. Holotype, 1♂, Lushui, Pianma Zhen , Yunnan, alt. 2300m, 2010-VII-6 ~7, collected by Bi Wen-Xuan; paratypes, 2♂♂ 3♀♀, same data as holotype.

Distribution. China (Yunnan).

Diagnosis. This species is similar to T. (G.) wuyishanicus ( Zhang & Liu, 2009) , but differs by: epiphallus of male genitalia with upper notch smaller than lower notch, female subgenital plate triangular, at base almost as wide as length of plate, tip acute; corresponding status of T. (G.) wuyishanicus ( Zhang & Liu, 2009) : epiphallus of male genitalia H-shaped, female subgenital plate triangular or quadrate, tip blunt.

Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the small size of the body.
