Lectotype (Sell in Feddes Repert. 68: 178. 1963): Herb. Linn. No. 881.13 ( LINN) .

Generitype of Fumaria Linnaeus (vide Green, Prop. Brit. Bot.: 173. 1929).

Current name: Fumaria officinalis L. View in CoL View at ENA ( Fumariaceae ).

Note: Although Pugsley (in J. Bot. 50, Suppl. A: 45. 1912) noted a specimen at LINN, he did not refer to it as a type.
