Distribution: Southern PQ to northern FL to MS to eastern KS. The two Kentucky specimens were taken in the north-central part of the state ( Interior Plateau ; Map 120).

Larval host plants: The only known larval host is Populus deltoides ( Linsley & Chemsak 1995)

Comments: Adults can be collected on seedling to mature cottonwoods ( Hicks 1962).
