Philopterus pallescens ( Denny, 1842)

Host: Poecile palustris ( Linnaeus, 1758) .

Notes: We agree with Mey (1988) in that Philopterus pallescens only parasitises Poecile palustris (see note under Philopterus thuringiacus from Parus major ).
