Published misidentification: Esben-Petersen (1921: 71) text description of terminata was more likely penicillata ( Byers 1962b: 300) , thus removing evidence of terminata from Nayarit, México.

Syntypes: three ♀ in MFN. One of these was designated lectotype ( Byers 1996: 535) .

In MCZC, there is a ♀ specimen [#11116], from Amecameca , México, labelled Syntype .
