Diagnosis. Anterior tentorial pit small ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 J), its margin not concealed by setae; lower end of occipital carina effaced ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 J); lower part of gena with weak concavity in lateral view ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 J); lower margin of pronotum not angulate ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 J); lateral part of pronotum with large smooth area ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 J); propodeal carinae completely present; propodeal areas largely smooth; lateral margin of T1 weakly convex basally; metasomal tergites reddishbrown or red except for TI; tegula black.

Description. Female (n=8). Body length 5.7–6.0 mm; length of fore wing 4.7–5.0 (Original description: 4.6) mm.

Head 0.5–0.6 times as long as wide; clypeus 0.6–0.7 times as long as wide, upper part narrowly punctate and shagreened, center part of apical half with longitudinal striae or shagreened, its margin convex to subtruncate in anterior view ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 J); anterior tentorial pit small ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 J), its margin not concealed by setae; face 0.6–0.7 times as long as wide, punctures below antennal socket longitudinally elongated; frons covered with punctures as face, with longitudinal smooth area medially; OOL 0.9–1.0 times as long as OD; POL 0.8 times as long as OD; lower end of occipital carina effaced ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 J); GOI 0.4–0.5; lower part of gena with weak concavity in lateral view ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 J); malar space 0.9–1.0 times as long as basal width of mandible; mandibular base flat. Antenna with 19–20 (Original description: 20) flagellomeres; flagellomere I 1.2 times as long as II, and terminal flagellomere 2.4–3.2 times as long as preceding one; sensilla placodea present on flagellomere III and following all flagellomeres.

Mesosoma ( Figs. 5 View FIGURE 5 J, 6 J, 7 J, 8 J): lower margin of pronotum not angulate ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 J); upper end of epomia distant from upper margin of pronotum in lateral view ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 J); lateral part of pronotum punctate except large smooth area on lower 0.7, smooth area partly covered with minute and sparse punctures ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 J); mesoscutum with weak notaulus on anterior 0.3; smooth area around episternal scrobe large; upper end of epicnemial carina reaching lower 0.2–0.3 of pronotum; juxtacoxal carina partly present; all carinae of propodeum present, anterior part of lateromedian longitudinal carina coalescent ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 J); all areas of propodeum smooth and covered with very fine, shallow punctures ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 J).

Fore wing: Cu-a distant from Rs&M by 0.5–0.8 times length of Cu-a; ICI 0.7–0.8. Hind wing: NI 2.0–4.0; one or two basal hamuli, 5 or 6 distal hamuli.
