≡ Consolida armeniaca (Huth) Schroedinger var. olopetala (Boiss.) Parsa, Fl. Iran. 2: 316. 1986. Type: "Perse?", 1837, leg. P. M. R. Aucher-Eloy, s.n. (holotype: P [P00198568!]).

Notes.

No specimen was found in Boissier’s herbarium. Boissier’s annotation on P00198568 indicates that the species description is based on this unicate ("exemplar unicum"), which is the holotype. Boissier (1841) indicated that the collection was mixed with D. tomentosum , which is no longer the case.
