Tribe Mallaspini Thomson, 1861 View in CoL View at ENA

The tribe Mallaspini is composed of 10 genera and 30 species ( Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2018). Immature stages of two species were described by Duffy (1960): larva of Hileolaspis auratus (Linnaeus, 1758) , and the head-capsule and pupa of Pyrodes nitidus (Fabricius, 1787) . Herein, the larva of Pyrodes nitidus (Fabricius, 1787) , from Brazil, is described and the pupa is redescribed.
