Geographic Location: BC: Garibaldi PP; Tweedsmuir PP, Bella Coola Valley; Vancouver Is.: Little Qualicum Falls PP; Cowichan Lake ( Behan-Pelletier 1993b).

Habitats: Douglas fir, hemlock, cedar litter; madrone litter.

Distribution: Nearctic.
