Geographic Location: BC: Isaiah Creek study site ( Lindo & Stevenson 2007); Vancouver Is., Walbran Valley, ( Lindo & Winchester 2006, 2007, Lindo 2010); Mt. Cain ( Fagan et al. 2005).

Habitats: Western redcedar and Amabilis fir; canopy specialist.

Distribution: Nearctic.
