Geographic Location: BC: Vancouver Is., Mesachie Lake ( Behan-Pelletier 1993b); AB: Writing-on-Stone PP; Waterton Lakes NP ( Behan-Pelletier 1993b).

Habitats: polypore fungus on trunk of dead alder; birch and juniper litter with moss; under bark of spruce infested with Dendroctonus and lps.

Distribution: Nearctic.
