Geographic Location: AK: Chugach Mtns; Kenai Peninsula; Aleutian Islands; Nunivak Is. ( Behan 1978a); BC: Vancouver Is., Walbran Valley ( Lindo & Winchester 2006, 2007; Lindo et al. 2008).
Habitats: Western redcedar litter; coniferous forest litter.
Distribution: Holarctic; Seychelles.
