Geographic Location: BC: Vancouver Is., Walbran Valley (Lindo & Winchester 2007; Lindo 2010); Campbell River; McMillan PP, Cathedral Grove; Mainland, Richmond Nature Park ( Behan-Pelletier et al. 2001); Isaiah Creek study site ( Lindo & Stevenson 2007).

Habitats: Western redcedar litter and canopy; Abies amabilis lower canopy; moss, lichens, bark from very old Douglas fir.

Distribution: Canada.
