Etymology. NAmeD AfteR RYszARD RAś (boRN oN JUNe 12th, 2015), soN of mY fRieNDs MAgDAleNA WoźNiAk AND MARciN RAś.

Diagnosis. This species is similAR to T. (N.) nodosus bY hAviNg eloNgAteD tUbeRcles oN 3RD, 5th AND 7th elYtRAl iNteRvAls. Tragardhus (M.) ryszardi cAN be eAsilY DistiNgUisheD bY hAviNg sleNDeR AND glAbRoUs metAtibiAe iN mAles (wiDeNeD AND coveReD bY A loNgitUDiNAl pAtch of setAe iN nodosus ).
