Russia: Lake Baikal, Irkutsk, Bolschye Koty (51°53'52.12"N, 105°4'22.60"E).

Hosts. Russia: Eulimnogammarus hyacinthus (Dybowsky) (cited as Gammarus hyacinthinus ) (first pair of

antennae).
