Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.5–3.5 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus, part of malar space and small central spot near anterior margin of face testaceous-whitish; occasionally head black, except only mandible and clypeus testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly black and club of metafemur darkened. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 10:5:20:15:12:10:8:7.5:7:10.5. Head dull, reticulate rugose; face with wide, shiny, punctate and not rugose area in front of anterior ocellus and laterally almost reacheing inner margin of eyes; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 4.5; OL = 2; OOL = 8; OPL = 7; TL = 11; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli longer than OL (3:2). Pronotum dull, reticulate rugose, short and transverse. Scutum with anterior half dull and reticulate rugose; posterior half punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than OL (10:2). Scutellum shiny, punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum dull, rugose. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (6:9.5). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 22:4:4:13:19. Enlarged claw ( Plate 14C View PLATE 14 ) with one subapical tooth, without lamellae, bristles or hairs. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 14C View PLATE 14 ) with one row of approximately 50 small lamellae; distal apex with approximately five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Description of Male. Fully winged; length 2.7–2.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous (in specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, Protection Station, clypeus testaceous-whitish); antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous (in specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, Protection Station, antenna testaceous, except segment 10 brown); mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly black and club of metafemur partly darkened. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 8:4:16:13:11:10:9:8:7.5:10. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 7; OPL = 7; TL = 10; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli about as long as OL. Pronotum dull, reticulate rugose, short and transverse. Scutum dull, completely reticulate rugose; occasionally scutum with two small smooth areas situated on sides of notauli near posterior margin of scutum. In specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, Protection Station, posterior half of scutum shiny and unsculptured, anterior half reticulate rugose. In specimen from China, Kuankuoshui, scutum with anterio third reticulate rugose, rest of surface punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than OL (13:3). Scutellum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum dull, rugose. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein as long as, or shorter than proximal part (6:8). Genitalia in plate 14D, E. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Types: holotype ♀: CHINA: Taiwan, Nantou , Meifeng , 2150 m, 19–21.IV.1983, K.C. Chou & P. Huang leg. ( TARI) . Paratypes: same locality label as holotype, 1♂ ( AMNH) ; same locality label as holotype, 7–9.V.1981, K.S. Lin & S.C. Lin leg., 1♂ ( TARI) . Other material.
