Distribution.
Trans-Palaearctic: originally described from Korea, the species is widespread throughout Asian Russia; also known from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan ( Bonato et al 2016); in SW Siberia E. koreanus was formally recorded in the Kemerovo and Tomsk areas, Altai Province and Republic of Altai ( Titova 1972a, b; Nefediev et al. 2017a, c, d).
Remarks.
In the study region, E. koreanus appears to be found mainly on the northern slope.
