Remarks. Massa & Fontana (2011) raised all subgenera of Platycleis s.l and Metrioptera s.l. to genus level and mentioned the disagreement of researchers about the statuses of these taxa. These genera are placed under generic groups in Cigliano et al. 2018. Because of the close relationships of these taxa I prefer to preserve their subgeneric statuses and follow Harz (1969) in the present study.
