Identification: Light green in colour, hind femur ochraceous green; ♀ are larger and sturdy than ♂; antennae filliform, 22 or 23 segmented, in ♀ antennae relatively smaller than head and pronotum lengths together; tegmen well developed and exceeding well beyond the tip of abdomen.

♂ genitalia: Supra-anal plate nearly deltoid in shape, basilateral folds absent; cerci laterally flattened but conical with bifid apex, upper lobe slightly shorter than lower lobe; subgenital plate long and narrow, apical half somewhat triangular with rounded apex; epiphallus expansive, right angular in lateral view, plate-like bridge, ancorae strongly developed and hook like with acute apex, lateral plates long and often slightly bent inwards from outer margins, anterior projections of lateral plates rounded, posterior projections ridge-like, lophi hook-like and narrowly spaced; basal valves of aedeagus broad and flattened, apical valves short and obtuse; apodemes of cingulum long with a slight posterior invagination.

♀ genitalia: Subgenital plate long and broad with its surface completely flat, posterior margin trigonal bearing a long spine like process; cerci conical with subacute apex; supra-anal plate with wide apex; the dorsal and ventral valves of ovipositor bear sharp spines, posterior ventral basivalvular plate without spines; apical diverticulum of spermatheca long and coiled with two small subdiverticula giving it a trishula shape, apices bulged; preapical diverticulum inverted V shaped.

Geographical distribution: India: Kashmir, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran.
