Description. MALE. Body length 2.4 mm. LFW 2.1 mm. Color. Head dark castaneous; mandible, clypeus, antenna and mesosoma castaneous; metasoma and legs light castaneous; wings hyaline.

Head ( Fig. 6View FIGURES 1 – 9). Mandible with two upper teeth small, two lower ones largest. Apical margin of median clypeal lobe angularly concave. Flagellomeres long; four first antennomeres in ratio about 18:5:11:8; pedicel 1.3 × as long as wide; F1 long, 2.2 × as long as wide; F9 1.7 × as long as wide; flagellar setae suberect and erect. Frontal carina absent. WH 0.9 × LH. WF 0.6 × WH. WF 1.1 × HE. Eye median-sized, very salient. Ocellus small. DAO 0.2 × WF. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute. WOT 2.4 × DAO. OOL 0.9 × WOT. Distance of posterior ocellus to vertex crest 0.7 × DAO. VOL 0.7 × HE. Temple parallel or almost this. Vertex straight.

Mesosoma ( Fig. 14View FIGURES 10 – 18, 22View FIGURES 19 – 22). Pronotal disc and mesonotum sparsely punctate. Pronotal collar long. Pronotal declivity long. Pronotal disc 0.4 × as long as wide; anterior region 0.4× as long as wide; rounded. Notauli conspicuous, occupying one third of mesoscutum. Scutellar furrow wide, deep, not scrobiculate; corner straight. Median region of scutellum coriaceous, punctate. Median region of metanotum short, wide; inner fovea of metanotal furrow delimited. Propodeal disc 1.2 × as long as wide; 0.5 × as high as long; areolate-polished; lateral carina conspicuous; propodeal declivity slightly imbricate; side of propodeum slightly coriaceous. Mesopleuron slightly coriaceous; transversal furrow conspicuous, slightly scrobiculate. Discoidal vein slightly pigmented.

Metasoma. Petiole short, 0.3 × as long as propodeal disc. Hypopygium ( Fig. 27View FIGURES 23 – 30) 1.1 × as long as wide; posterior margin strongly trilobate; median lobe angulate, wide; posterior projection short; lateral lobe angulate; lateral margin slightly convex; anterior pigmented line strongly pigmented, slender; lateral stalk absent. Genitalia ( Figs 39–40View FIGURES 39 – 47): aedeagus slightly mesoconvex; projection of apical region ventrad absent; dorsal paramere slightly longer than ventral paramere, almost as wide as ventral paramere, inner margin straight, outer margin straight; membranous region of basiparamere with apical corner strongly developed; sclerite on volsella base present.
