Description. MALE. Body length 2.3 mm. LFW 1.8 mm. Color. Head black; clypeus and mesosoma castaneous; mandible, antenna, metasoma and legs light castaneous; wings subhyaline.

Head ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 1 – 9 ). Mandible with teeth small, subupper very small. Apical margin of median clypeal lobe straight. Flagellomeres long; four first antennomeres in ratio about 19:5:10:8; pedicel 1.3 × as long as wide; F1 long, 2.0 × as long as wide; F9 1.7 × as long as wide; flagellar setae suberect. Frontal carina absent. WH 0.9 × LH. WF 0.6 × WH. WF 1.0 × HE. Eye large, very salient. Ocellus large. DAO 0.3 × WF. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle almost right. WOT 2.2 × DAO. OOL 1.0 × WOT. Distance of posterior ocellus to vertex crest 0.4 × DAO. VOL 0.7 × HE. Temple parallel or almost this. Vertex straight.

Mesosoma ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 10 – 18 ). Pronotal disc and mesonotum sparsely punctate. Pronotal collar short. Pronotal declivity long. Pronotal disc 0.4 × as long as wide; anterior region 0.5× as long as wide; rounded. Notauli conspicuous, occupying one third of mesoscutum. Scutellar furrow wide, deep, not scrobiculate; corner straight. Median region of scutellum coriaceous, punctate. Median region of metanotum short, narrow; inner foveae of metanotal furrow not delimited. Propodeal disc 1.2 × as long as wide; 0.5 × as high as long; areolate; lateral carina conspicuous; propodeal declivity coriaceous; side of propodeum slightly coriaceous. Mesopleuron coriaceous; transversal furrow conspicuous, slightly scrobiculate. Discoidal vein slightly pigmented.

Metasoma. Petiole short, 0.3 × as long as propodeal disc. Hypopygium ( Fig. 30 View FIGURES 23 – 30 ) 1.2 × as long as wide; posterior margin strongly trilobate; median lobe angulate, wide; posterior projection long; lateral lobe convex; lateral margin slightly convex; anterior pigmented line slightly pigmented, very slender; lateral stalk absent. Genitalia ( Figs 45–46 View FIGURES 39 – 47 ): aedeagus slightly mesoconvex, apical region ventrad with lobe short; dorsal paramere about as long as ventral paramere, basal region narrow, apical region almost as wide as ventral paramere, inner margin straight, outer margin slightly convex; membranous region of basiparamere with apical corner strongly developed; sclerite on volsella base present.
