Diagnosis. This species can be distinguished from others by the following combination of characters. Mesopleuron costate dorsally, coriaceous- with one carina medially and coriaceous ventrally. Venter of mesosoma coriaceous. Metapleuron porcate or porcate with microsculpture. Fore wing vein m-cu meeting vein RS+Ma distinctly before vein 2RS. Hind coxa with basoventral dot or line.

Description female. Body length: 3.35 mm.

Color. Head mainly honey yellow. Malar space yellow. Palpi pale yellow. Periocellar area dark brown-brown. Scape yellow. Pedicel yellow with a wide longitudinal brown stripe. Flagellum with apically yellow annulus composed of 10 flagellomeres. Flagellomeres before annuli light brown-brown. Mesosoma mainly dark brownhoney. Mesoscutal lobes honey yellow. Venter of mesosoma honey. Pronotum honey. Propodeum black, brown at apex. First tergum brown-dark brown. Second tergum brown with apical margin yellow. Third tergum yellow. Fourth tergum yellow. Fifth tergum brown. Sixth tergum light brown and brown. Remaining terga yellow except the last one, which is pale yellow. Fore and middle femur yellow. Fore and middle tibia honey yellow. Hind coxa honey-dark brown turning yellow apically. Hind trochanter pale yellow. Hind trochantellus yellow. Hind femur honey yellow, with yellow at apex. Hind tibia pale yellow basally, honey yellow apically. Hind tarsi honey. Wings lightly dusky. Veins mainly light brown. Tegula yellow. Stigma white-brown.

Head. Clypeus weakly rugose. Head 0.80 x higher than wide. Face weakly transversely costate. Face minimum width/maximum width ratio 0.92. Frons smooth-very weakly costate. Vertex weakly transversely striate. Eye 1.14 x higher than wide. Ocell-ocular distance twice diameter of lateral ocellus. Malar space 0.27 x eye height in lateral view. Temple/eye length ratio in dorsal view 0.41. Temple narrow. Supraclypeal area 0.40 x head height in frontal view. Gena-temple area smooth. Scape 0.60 x first flagellomere length. Flagellomeres 25.

Mesosoma. Pronotum costate-granulate laterally and rugose-granulate ventrally. Pronotal groove distinct. Pronotal groove laterally weakly scrobiculate-weakly rugose. Propleuron weakly coriaceous-smooth. Mesoscutal lobes coriaceous. Notauli weakly scrobiculate, reaching the end of mesoscutum. Mesoscutum medially costateweakly rugose. Scutellum (scutellar disc) weakly coriaceous. Subalar groove distinct and scrobiculate. Precoxal sulcus narrow, weakly scrobiculate; length 0.77 mesopleuron length. Mesopleuron costate dorsally, coriaceouswith one carina medially and coriaceous ventrally. Venter of mesosoma coriaceous. Metapleuron porcate. Propodeum rugose with two sublateral, longitudinal and complete carinae, and without a median, longitudinal and complete carinae. Propodeal apico-lateral corners absent. Propodeal spine or tooth over hind coxa absent.

Wings: fore wing. 2RS/2M ratio 0.73. Vein m-cu meeting vein RS+Ma distinctly before vein 2RS. Vein (RS+M)b distinct. Vein (RS+M)b/2RS ratio 0.60. Vein r 0.30 length of vein 3 RSa. Vein 1cu-a interstitial to vein 1M. Hind wing. Vein M+CU/1M ratio 0.71. Vein m-cu nebulous. Vein cu-a 0.24 length of 1M. Vein r-m/1M ratio 0.24. Vein SC+R complete.

Legs. Hind coxa dorsally weakly costate-granulate. Ventral part of hind coxa rugose. Hind coxa with basoventral dot or line. Hind coxa 0.50 length of hind femur. Femora with a rounded protrusion in dorso-medial view. Hind femur in dorsal view granulate.

Metasoma. Basal sternal plate length/first tergum length ratio 0.72. First tergum 2.90 x longer than apical width. First tergum rugose on basal three fourths, costate-smooth on apical fourth. Second tergum weakly costate at base, remainder of terga smooth and polished. Third tergum smooth and polished. Suture between second and third tergum absent. Fourth tergum and remainder of terga smooth and polished. Ovipositor 1.20 mm long. Ovipositor 0.60 x length of metasoma. Ovipositor 1.71 x length of first tergum.

Variation with respect to holotype. Female. Body length: 3.35–4.25 mm. Color. Head mainly honey, or honey yellow-brown. Eye orbits yellow, or honey yellow. Malar space honey yellow. Periocellar area honey yellow-brown, or honey-black. Scape honey yellow. Pedicel brown, yellow apically, or yellow with a longitudinal dark brown stripe. Flagellomeres before annuli brown to dark brown. Mesosoma mainly honey-dark brown-black, or honey-black. Lateral mesoscutal lobes honey, or honey-brown. Median mesoscutal lobe honey. Venter of mesosoma honey-dark brown, or dark brown. Pronotum honey-yellow, or brown-honey. Propodeum black, honey at apex, or black. First tergum black-honey, or honey-dark brown. Second tergum dark brown, honey basally, or brown, yellow basally. Third tergum honey yellow-brown, or yellow with a transversal light brown stripe. Fourth tergum honey yellow with a transversal brown stripe, or brown with a transversal yellow stripe. Fifth tergum brown with a transversal yellow stripe, or brown-yellow. Sixth tergum brown with a transversal yellow stripe, or brownyellow. Fore and middle femur honey yellow. Fore and middle tibia brown-honey, or honey yellow, with yellow at apex. Hind coxa honey turning yellow apically, or dark brown with yellow apically. Hind trochantellus pale yellow. Hind femur honey or brown, yellow apically. Hind tibia pale yellow basally, brown or honey apically. Hind tarsi brown, or honey turning yellow. Wings dusky. Veins mainly brown. Tegula honey yellow. Stigma white-dark brown.

Head. Face transversely costate. Face minimum width/maximum width ratio 0.89–0.93. Frons weakly striate. Vertex transversely striate. Eye 0.91–1.20 x higher than wide. Malar space 0.23–0.28 x eye height in lateral view. Temple/eye length ratio in dorsal view 0.32–0.41. Supraclypeal area 0.40–0.50 x head height in frontal view. Genatemple area smooth-weakly coriaceous.

Mesosoma. Pronotum rugose-granulate laterally and rugose-rugulose ventrally. Pronotal groove laterally smooth-weakly scrobiculate. Propleuron weakly rugose-weakly coriaceous-smooth at apex. Mesoscutum medially costate-rugose. Scutellum (scutellar disc) weakly coriaceous-coriaceous. Precoxal sulcus length 0.77–0.86 mesopleuron length. Venter of mesosoma coriaceous-weakly coriaceous. Metapleuron porcate with microsculpture. Propodeum rugose-costate. Propodeum with a median, longitudinal and complete carina.

Wings: fore wing. 2RS/2M ratio 0.45–0.73. Vein (RS+M)b/2RS ratio 0.43–0.60. Vein r 0.20–0.30 length of vein 3 RSa. Vein 1cu-a antefurcal to vein 1M, or interstitial with or slightly antefurcal to vein 1M. Hind wing. Vein M+CU/1M ratio 0.52–0.88. Vein cu-a 0.13–0.24 length of 1M. Vein r-m/1M ratio 0.17–0.31.

Legs. Hind coxa dorsally rugose-granulate, or weakly costate-rugose-granulate, or weakly transversely costate-rugose. Hind femur in dorsal view weakly coriaceous, or weakly striate-weakly coriaceous. Femora with a rounded protrusion in dorso-medial view (sometimes indistinct in hind femur).

Metasoma. Basal sternal plate length/first tergum length ratio 0.69–0.73. First tergum 2.81–3.00 x longer than apical width. Second tergum costate on basal half, remainder of terga smooth and polished. Ovipositor 1.20–1.48 mm long. Ovipositor 0.59–0.66 x length of metasoma. Ovipositor 1.60–1.85 x length of first tergum.

Etymology. The name of this species refers to PNN Utría, the place in Colombia where this new species was collected.
