Vernacular Names: Long-fingered Myotis.

Synonyms: Myotis blasii Kolenati 1860 ; Myotis bureschi Heinrich 1936 ; Myotis majori Ninni 1878 ; Myotis megapodius Temminck 1840 ; Myotis pellucens Crespon 1844 .

Distribution: Mediterranean zone and islands of Europe and NW Africa; Bulgaria; Turkey; Israel; Iraq; Iran; Uzbekistan.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Vulnerable.
