Records from Myanmar: Yado, 1,000–1,400 m; Bia-Po, 1,000–1,200 m, Meteleo, 900–1,200; Puepoli, 900– 1,200 m ( Pocock 1895). Based on the male Type (= holotype) from Meteleo and an indefinite number of paratypes of both sexes, all shared between the collections of the London (4 ex.), Genoa (8 ex.) and Hamburg (3 ex.) museums ( Pocock 1895; Weidner 1960). Jeekel (1965a) erroneously referred to the holotype as lectotype and revised the species (sub Agnesia ), based on the Genoa samples.

Remark. Also found in Thailand ( Enghoff 2005).
