Chrysis inaequalis Dahlbom, 1845: 8 . Neotype ♂ designated by Rosa & Vårdal (2015: 124) View Cited Treatment ; Switzerland: Roveredo, 28.viii.1948, leg. W. Linsenmaier (NMLU, examined) ( inaequalis group).

Remarks. Pentachrysis inaequalis was mentioned for Uzbekistan by Tarbinsky (2002b) but this taxon should refer to P. poetica (Semenov-Tian-Shanskij, 1954) or another Central Asian species of the inaequalis , which was mentioned by Semenov-Tian-Shanskij & Nikol’skaya, 1954).

Distribution. Central and Southern Europe, Turkey, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan (du Buysson in André 1896; Mocsáry 1909; Tarbinsky 2002b; Rosa 2018a).
