Junco hyemalis (Linnaeus) [type host] ( Passeriformes View in CoL : Emberizidae View in CoL ) from Canada (Manitoba) ( Bochkov & Galloway 2004, 2013), Melospiza melodia (Wilson) ( Morley & Shillinger 1937; Bochkov & Klompen 2014b), Passerella iliaca (Merrem) , and Calamospiza melanocorys Stejneger ( Passeriformes View in CoL : Emberizidae View in CoL ), Sialia currucoides Bechstein and Catharus ustulatus (Nuttall) View in CoL ( Passeriformes View in CoL : Turdidae View in CoL ), and Passerina amoena (Say) ( Passeriformes View in CoL : Cardinalidae View in CoL ) from USA (various localities) ( Bochkov & Klompen 2014b).
