First four antennal segments in a ratio of 18:4:10:9, segment III 1.78 X longer than thick, segment XI 2.14 X; flagellar pubescence subappressed, short, with some erect setae. Frons coriaceous, punctures small, shallow and abundant. Propodeal disc 1.02 X as long as wide, 1.83 X as long as high, propodeal disc with transverse striae, median carina almost complete, declivity with weaker striae, lateral of propodeum coriaceous and shining, with weak striae. Mesopleuron with polished callus. Fore wings with discoidal veins spectral, not interstitial with median vein.

Material examined.- HOLOTYPE: male, BRAZIL, Espírito Santo, Cariacica, Reserva Biologica de Duas Bocas , 22. X.1996, sweeping, E.. H. Freitas col. ( UFES). PARATYPES: BRAZIL, Espírito Santo, 56 males, Cariacica, Reserva Biologica de Duas Bocas , 04. X. 1996- 25.III.1997, sweeping, C.O. Azevedo & H. S. Sá col. ( UFES) .

Variations. - Pronotum darker.

Discussion.-The elongate aedeagus is peculiar to this species. It is similar to P. albitinctus Evans   HNS , 1966, but the latter is longer, with frons polished, with conspicuous punctures, notauli strongly impressed.

Etymology.-The specific epithet refers the elongate aedeagus.

Distribution.-Brazil ( Espírito Santo).
