Taxon discussion

A rare, local and range-restricted Balkan endemic shared between North Macedonia and Greece. It has been recorded with certainty only from the Prilep area (North Macedonia) and Mt. Orvilos (NE Greece, see Gamal-Eldin and Wagenitz 1991). The new locality on Falakro (Fig. 6) adds a new mountain locality to the species’ distribution, which is thus extended to the east (Fig. 7 View Figure 7 ).
