Saprinus Saprinus robustus = Saprinus vermiculatus Dahlgren, 1964

Type locality.

Turkey: Ankara.

Distribution.

Greece: Crete, Turkey, Georgia, Syria, Lebanon ( Mazur 2011). We report this species from the following two Lebanese localities: Deir El-Ahmar and Hasbaya (Fig. 83 ).

Biology.

According to Anlaş et al. (2007) S. (S.) robustus is attracted to dung. In our samples, three specimens were collected.
