CURRENT STATUS. A junior synonym of Anthophora podagra Lepeletier de SaintFargeau, 1841 (Brooks 1988: 540) View in CoL .

DISTRIBUTION. Russia: Crimea, European part, Ural; Europe, Armenia, Turkey, Iran,

Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, China.

REMARK. The specimens from the IZKP collection (probably including syntypes) were loaned by J. Banaszak June 1, 1977 and still not returned .
