Collection information.
USA: Georgia (new state record): Clarke Co.: two individuals from one site. Caught in flight trap from 14 July – 11 August 2020.
Distribution.
Eastern North America.
Saproxylic habits.
Larvae develop within red-rotted oak logs ( Otto and Young 1998).
