( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 8 )

Material examined. Holotype: female, Jinhouling, Mt. Shennongjia, Hubei Province (110°06΄E, 31°07΄N, alt. 2500m), 28. 0 6. 2002, Zhong Yihai leg.

Distribution. China (Hubei).

Etymology. The specific epithet, an adjective, refers to the color of the antenna.

Diagnosis. Body length 12.5 mm. Black, yellow-white are: distinct spots on dorsal parts of thorax, a large oblique spot on anterior part of mesepisternum and another minute spot on apex, large central spot on pectus, posterior parts and deflexed lateral sides of all tergites, base of all sternites; antennae black, apex of flagellomere 4 to last one white, flagellomere 1 slightly longer than flagellomere 2; legs white, black are: irregular spot on inner sides of pro- and mesocoxae, dorsal sides of profemur and protibia, mesofemur and mesotibia except irregular fuscescent stripes on anterior sides, inner part and a long stripe on ventral side of metacoxa, metafemur except basal irregular spot, metatibia. Punctures on frontal area and inner orbit dense, rather deep, interspaces with coarse microsculpture, shining; punctures on upper corner of mesepisternum minute, on lower part extremely dense, interspaces with distinct sculpture, slightly shining.

Description. Female: Body length 12.5 mm. Black, yellow white are: labrum, clypeus, face bellow antennal socket, paired spots above base of antennae, broad inner orbits continued as a spot on temple, hind orbits, antenna from apex of flagellomere 4 to last one, ventral sides of antennomeres 1–4, apex of pronotum, basal 2/3 of tegulae, lateral side of mesonotal middle lobe, small central spot on mesonotal lateral lobe, mesoscutellum, appendage, metascutellum, a large oblique spot on anterior part of mesepisternum and another minute spot on apex, apex of mesepimeron, posterodorsal margin of metepisternum, apical half of metepimeron continued onto dorsal part, large central spot on pectus, posterior parts and deflexed lateral sides of all tergites, base of all sternites, ovipositor sheath except dorsal side and apex; legs white, black are: irregular spot on inner sides of pro- and mesocoxa, dorsal sides of profemur and protibia, mesofemur and mesotibia except irregular fuscescent stripes on anterior sides, inner part and a long stripe on ventral side of metacoxa, metafemur except basal irregular spot, metatibia, apex of metatibial spur; wings infuscate, costa and stigma dark brownish, remaining veins black ( Figs 8 View FIGURES 8 a, 8b).

Labrum large, anterior margin truncated with a median notch; clypeus truncately incised to 1/3 of its medial length, lateral lobes sub-acute; malar space wider than diameter of median ocellus; inner margins of eyes parallel; supra-antennal tubercles insignificant, frontal area slightly elevated below level of eyes in lateral view, frontal ridges broad and distinct; median fovea trench-like, extends to median ocellus; antennal furrow trench-like, rather deep; interocellar furrow wide and a little deep; postocellar furrow shallow; postocellar area slightly elevated and with shallow middle furrow, relative width: length = 1.2, lateral postocellar furrow deep and straight; head insignificantly narrowed behind eyes. Antenna slightly shorter than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 slightly longer than flagellomere 2 = 1.05; mesoscutellum prismatic, strongly elevated, with deep middle furrow and acute lateral carina, appendage with acute middle carina. Hind tarsomere 1 slightly shorter than combined length of following 4 tarsomeres, claw with inner tooth much shorter than outer tooth. Front wing with middle petiole of anal cell shorter than half of basal anal cell, longer than vein R+M = 1.4; petiole of anal cell on hind wing present, nearly equal to 1/5 of vein cu-a.

Punctures on clypeus rather large, shallow, on labrum minute and indistinct; punctures on frontal area and inner orbit dense, rather deep, interspaces with coarse microsculpture, shining; mesonotum densely punctured, shining; punctures on upper corner of mesepisternum minute, on lower part extremely dense, interspaces with distinct sculpture, slightly shining; meseanepimeron with distinct sculpture, mesekatepimeron polished, strongly shining, punctures indistinct; punctures on metepisternum extremely minute and dense, on metepimeron indistinct, both with microsculpture and oily luster; punctures on center of mesoscutellum indistinct, on lateral side a little shallow, slightly shining; appendage with microsculpture and some shallow and minute punctures, shining; tergites polished, punctures indistinct, interspaces with microsculpture and oily luster; punctures on outer side of hind coxa similar to those on head.

Relative length of ovipositor sheath in lateral view shorter than hind tarsomere 1 = 0.7, valvula 3 blunt at apex and longer than valvifer 2 = 1.4. Lancet with 25 annuli, middle serrula having 2 anterior and 25–26 posterior sub-basal teeth, the 9th to 10th serrula as in Fig. 8 View FIGURES 8 c.
