Diagnosis. Body white, fusiform with anal spine. All abdominal segments demarkated. Granulation of body surface regular, with more or less distinct areas of coarser granules. Dorsal side of body with dorsomedial and lateral pseudocelli. Anterior cephalic pseudocelli located outside the delimited antennal basal area. Posterior cephalic pseudocellus present, located on the back surface of the granulated head capsule. Ventral pseudocelli absent. Parapseudocelli present. Furca reduced to a small depression in the centre of abdominal sternum IV, with 2+2 small posterior setulae arranged in two rows. Subapical organite present. Antennal III sense organ consisting of 4 guard setae, 4 papillae and granulated sensory clubs. Postantennal organ with compound granulated vesicles. Labial palp not modified––AC type. Head of maxilla short with unmodified lamellae and typical ungulus. Dorsal chaetotaxy oligochaetotic. Dorsal setae apically pointed, poorly differentiated into macro-, meso-, and microsetae. Sensilla on the body not marked. Head with d0 seta present. Tibiotarsi with 11 distal setae.

Etymology. The genus name is dedicated to Wanda Maria Weiner from Kraków for her valuable contributions in recognition of the higher systematics of the Onychiuridae .

Discussion. The redescription is made on the basis of 5 strongly squeezed and partly destroyed specimens and therefore psx formula is still incomplete. The new genus belongs to the tribe Hymenaphorurini with some similarity to Paronychiurus Bagnall, 1948 (presence of seta d0, anterior cephalic pseudocelli located outside the antennal area, postantennal organ with granulated vesicles). An exceptional character of the new genus is the presence of dorso-lateral pseudocelli which are located at the same places as psx in Hymenaphorura, Bagnall, 1949 ; Heteraphorura Bagnall, 1948 and Sacaphorura Pomorski & Steinmann, 2004
