Comments.

The single female at hand represents probably an undescribed species. It shares the following characters with Calinda albonigra Olivares & Burckhardt, 1997 and C. gladiformis Olivares & Burckhardt, 1997 : antenna shorter than 1.2 mm; forewing lacking surface spinules in distal 1 / 2; apical projection of proctiger well delimited from base, not inflated, straight, pointed apically, with well-defined teeth along dorsal margin; subgenital plate long; valvula dorsalis long; ventral saw of valvula ventralis not well delimited at base. From the former it differs in the relatively longer processes on the proctiger and subgenital plate. From the latter it differs in the relatively shorter apical process of the proctiger and the presence of a small ventral hump in the basal 1 / 3 of the subgenital plate.
