Notes
Reported from Greece by Simboura (1996) who considers the species closer to Syllis rosea rosea than to the Pacific form of Syllis rosea magna described by Westheide (1974) from the Galapagos Islands. It is likely that the specimens from the Mediterranean belong to neither of the two species but to an undescribed species ( Simboura 1996).
