= Latridius usovae Sergi & Perkovsky, 2014 syn. nov.

Latridius usovae Sergi & Perkovsky, 2014 (from Rovno amber) is proposed as junior synonym of Latridius alexeevi Bukejs, Kirejtshuk & Rücker, 2011 (from Baltic amber), based on original description of L. usovae and examination of holotype of L. alexeevi [deposited in ACAB].

Note. Morphological characters (e.g. proportion of elytra, shape of pronotum, curved metatibiae) mentioned in differential diagnosis of L. usovae are vague and are variable within species as sexual dimorphism. Description by Sergi & Perkovsky (2014) pertains to male of L. alexeevi .
