Acantholepis capensis variety validiuscula Emery   HNS

Thysville, [[worker]] (J. Bequaert, Lang and Chapin). Five specimens. This variety is decidedly larger and more robust than the typical capensis   HNS , with abundant, erect, dark brown pilosity. It seems to have a wide distribution, since it is known from Abyssinia, the Congo, Rhodesia, and Cape Province.
