Material examined. INDONESIA: WESTERN NEW GUINEA: 12 ♂♂, 8 ♀♀: ‘ IRIAN JAYA: Paniai Prov. Bilogay , 2100–2200 m 29.12.1995 leg. A. Riedel’ ( NMW, cSh) .

Remarks. Paraphloeostiba coriacea is known from New Guinea. The material above originated from the same locality provided in Shavrin (2024a).
