Remarks. Species of Parnisini are distinguished by eyes that do not or barely project beyond the anterior angles of the more or less subquadrate pronotum, and the length of the abdomen is shorter than the length between the apex of the postclypeus and posterior cruciform elevation ( Distant 1905d; Moulds 2005).
