Replaced synonym: Bartramia indica L. (1753) .

Lectotype (Fawcett & Rendle, Fl. Jamaica 5: 82. 1926): Herb. Hermann 1: 44, No. 174 (BM-000621387) .

Current name: Triumfetta rhomboidea jacq. ( Tiliaceae ).

Note: As noted by Fosberg & Sachet (in Smithsonian Contr. Bot. 47: 36. 1981), this is a superfluous name for Bartramia indica L. (1753) .
