Diagnosis. The male is characterised by the structure of the penis valves, which are greatly expanded forming a helmet-like crest. The female is unknown.

Description

Female. Unknown.

Male. Bl = 7,9–8,0mm. General habitus ( Fig. 31e View FIGURE 31 ). Head. L = 2,1–2,2mm; W = 2,3–2,4mm. Head about as long as wide. Integument black. Clypeus, supraclypeal area and lower half of paraocular area entirely covered with appressed, white hairs. Upper half of paraocular area and vertex covered with loose white, erect hairs. Mandibles simple. Malar area very short, linear. Antennae brownish-black. A4 about two times longer than A3. Mesosoma. L = 1,6–1,7mm; W (ITS) = 1,8–1,9mm. Integument black. Scutum sparsely and strongly punctate (i = 1,5d) ( Fig. 31a View FIGURE 31 ). Scutellum as illustrated in Fig. 31b View FIGURE 31 . Scutum, scutellum, metanotum and mesepisternum with long, white, erect hairs. Propodeum except basal area and propodeal triangle with white, long, erect hairs. Basal area of propodeum as illustrated in Fig. 31b View FIGURE 31 . Marginal region of posterior truncation shiny; coarsely and densely punctate. Wings. Hyaline. Legs. Integument brownish to black. Vestiture white.

Metasoma. L = 4,8–5,5mm; W = 2,3–2,5mm. Integument brownish-black with margins of T and S brownish and translucent. Discs and marginal zones of T1–T2 shiny and punctate as illustrated in Fig. 31c View FIGURE 31 . Apical plate angulate and rounded apically. Posterior margin of S4 with a dense row of coarse, erect bristles. S5 with appressed, fan–shaped hair patches laterally ( Fig. 31d View FIGURE 31 ). S7 as illustrated in Fig. 31h View FIGURE 31 . Genitalia. Genitalia as illustrated in Fig. 31f–g View FIGURE 31 ; gonocoxa dull and gonostylus with linear, hyaline, dorso-lateral projection ( Fig. 31i View FIGURE 31 ).

Distribution ( Fig. 32). Records only exist from Steinkopf.
